Michael Bell is a seasoned litigation attorney with over 17 years of experience representing clients in complex commercial, corporate governance, and bankruptcy-related disputes.
He has practiced at top-tier law firms including Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Grant & Eisenhofer, P.A., where he led and contributed to high-stakes litigation involving fiduciary duty claims, securities law, consumer fraud, and class actions.
Michael has argued motions before the Delaware Court of Chancery, taken and defended numerous depositions-including those of C-suite executives-and successfully drafted dispositive motions and complaints that have withstood rigorous judicial scrutiny. His litigation portfolio includes defending major financial institutions, prosecuting claims on behalf of institutional investors, and advising clients through bankruptcy confirmation hearings.
He holds a J.D., magna cum Laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where he was Notes and Comments Editor for the Brooklyn Law Review and a decorated moot court competitor. He earned both his B.A. and M.A.in English Literature from Columbia University.
Admitted to practice in Delaware, New York, Texas, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Michael relocated to Texas to contribute his deep litigation expertise to the Sull Lee Law Firm team.
