Kaid Walters is an associate at Sul Lee Law Firm, where she represents businesses and individuals in a variety of litigation matters. Before law school, Kaid worked in accounts receivable, helping hospital clients recover unpaid reimbursements from insurance carriers. After earning her law degree, she served as a trust officer administering special needs trusts, working closely with beneficiaries and families to manage trust assets, evaluate distribution requests, and navigate complex fiduciary responsibilities. These experiences provide her with a practical, client-focused perspective on legal and financial matters.
Kaid received her B.A. in International Studies from Texas State University and spent a year studying abroad at Kansai Gaidai University in Japan. She later earned her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law, where she served on The Texas A&M Law Review.
Outside of work, Kaid enjoys spending time with her wife, their pug and cat, reading, and diamond painting.
