Daniel Kim

Daniel Kim is an associate in Sul Lee Law Firm’s Corporate Practice, where he advises clients on corporate transactions and day-to-day business matters. Drawing on his experience founding a startup, Daniel brings a practical, business-minded perspective to corporate governance, commercial contracting, and transactional support. Fluent in Korean and English, he works closely with cross-border stakeholders to help clients navigate U.S. legal and business considerations.

Daniel earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where he served as an Editor of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and exploring restaurants.
