Jenna K. Chung joined Sul Lee as a law clerk in 2019 and will become a junior attorney once successfully passing the bar exam. Jenna focuses on corporate and business law. She has extensive experience working with both international and domestic companies, which she uses to help clients navigate the complexities of cultural differences. Ms. Chung utilizes her vast experience in business dealings and the legal field to advise and zealously represent her clients, solve challenges, and respect the cultural diversity of clients and their businesses.
Jenna’s legal career began after earning her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. Before her legal career, Jenna worked on foreign and domestic transactions for major companies and banks in South Korea as an M&A specialist, she led the acquisitions of numerous companies in Vietnam and China. She is also a licensed CPA with the State of Vermont and an Enrolled Agent with the IRS.
Jenna brings a wealth of business experience and she uses her knowledge of business culture and dealings in international countries to help clients. She assists in establishing their businesses in Texas and helping clients navigate the American business culture. Her particular combination of internal business experience and knowledge of American business law makes her a valuable asset to the Sul Lee Law Firm.
While she was in law school, Jenna raised two children. Aside from her legal work, Jenna loves playing golf. She was ranked in the Top 100 for Ladies’ Amateur Golf in 2003 with a USGA Handicap of 3.7.
